Elyvia Law is led by Dmitry Dementyev, Managing Counsel, whose career spans over twenty years across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States and Europe. Dmitry is a corporate compliance and trade attorney with deep experience in immigration, international trade, corporate governance and compliance.
Before joining Elyvia Law, Dmitry served as Director of Global Compliance at a global specialty chemicals company, where heled a worldwide ethics and trade program covering over 40 countries. Earlier in his career, he practiced at big international law firms, counseling multinational clients on regulatory risks, government investigations, and international market access.
Throughout his career Dmitry has been actively involved in immigration law practice. An immigrant himself, Dmitry dedicated significant amount of time counseling individuals on US immigration and providing pro bono immigration training to immigrant communities.
Dmitry’s leadership and subject-matter expertise have been recognized by Chambers Global and The Legal 500, and his approach continues to blend strategic precision with empathy for the people and organizations he serves.
Fluent in multiple languages, Dmitry holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, an M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Eastern University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (with reciprocity-based admissions pending in New Jersey and New York).
